Strategy,

UX
the human side of digital
I’m Quentin. 25 years making digital products that work for people – the strategy, the product thinking, the UX, the content. The human bits.
I translate between business and tech. I work alongside teams, not above them. I’m just as happy running discovery workshops as I am in the weeds of a prototype.
The best digital products aren’t built by committees or designed by algorithms. They’re built by people who give a damn – about the user, about the craft, about getting the details right.
I believe in clarity over complexity. In shipping over perfecting. In asking “does this actually help someone?” before asking “can we build it?”
Technology changes constantly. What doesn’t change: people want things that work, that make sense, that respect their time. That’s still the job.
On AI
I’ve spent the last two years exploring how AI changes the way we build products – not as hype, but as a practical tool.
The gap between intent and implementation is collapsing. Designers can direct code. Product people can prototype at the speed of thought. The craft hasn’t changed, but the tools have.
I’m interested in AI that makes products better for users, not AI sprinkled on for the sake of it. Sometimes the most innovative decision is knowing when not to innovate.
